I turned up slightly late for my registration process because I got lost, but everyone was wonderful. Paulette was so calm and made me feel totally welcome and less stressed, and Katrina went above and beyond to get me the information I needed when I was clearly confused about how to register online. The nurse had to speed up her process to fit me in but still ensured complete attention to detail.
I’ve been in London for two months now, and the The Junction Health Centre has been extremely helpful in helping me get through the days I have felt unwell and sick. They were quick to give me appointments with the GP and the overall service of the staff members has been great. They are extremely sweet and helpful and have always guided me. I’m very happy with their services.
I know there’s currently substantial waiting times within the service, yet I never seem to struggle getting appointments here. The practice has taken me seriously with long-term health issues that doctors in other practices have previously dismissed. I’ve always managed to get on-the-day or next-day appointments with acute health conditions also.
